Shipment & Delivery

The shipment of your order will be done by DHL Express or the local UAE courier company.

Within the UAE the delivery is free. It takes 2-3 working days to deliver your order once the item is ready for shipment.

For the international deliveries it takes 5-7 working days once your item is ready for shipment. Fixed charge of 50 AED /13.5 USD will be applied on check out.

Imposed custom duties, if any, are the responsibility of the shopper. ViKtoria Fashion House LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery due to failure in providing correct delivery address by the shopper.
