Return and Refund

All Ready-To-Wear items can be refunded within 14 working days since the day of delivery if the following requirements are met: 

  • Items are in a good condition.
  • Items are unworn, unwashed.
  • Items must be with tags attached and with its original packaging.
  • Invoice is attached.

In case you wish to submit a refund, contact us via Contact us page or customercare@vfh.ae, we will arrange a pick up free of charge. After we receive an item we will briefly inspect the above requirements are met and if so, confirm the refund by sending you a refund receipt. It will take up to 2 weeks for the amount paid to be transferred back on your account since the day the refund is confirmed.

Refunds will be done through the original mode of payment.

The couriers who deliver your shipment will not be able to accept your returns.

We can not proceed a refund if:

1. Retund request is made outside the specified time frame of 14 days from delivery.

2. Item is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.

3. Item was customized for you.

4. The price tags, labels or original packing are missing.   

Warranty

We guarantee that the items you purchase from us are free from defects and malfunctions and delivered to you exactly in the size you’ve chosen or the measurements provided. In case of detecting discrepancies we are undertake to repair, replace or re-perform the service free of charge within 14 working days. 

The sales invoice states the terms of warranty. It is your proof of purchase and is required to make a claim on your warranty. 

Cancellation

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. 

Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within 24 hours. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order can be cancelled by us for various reasons. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • Item(s) not available.
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information.
  • Cannot ship to address provided.
  • Cancelled due to customer’s request.
  • Damaged or faulty items.
  • Incomplete shipping details provided (address/mobile number).

Payment methods

To process the payments we use well known and trusted payment provider Stripe.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
  • Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
  • Upon request a payment link, which will be send via provided contact details.
  • Cash on delivery only within the UAE.

Upon selection a payment method at checkout, you will be redirected to the relevant secure payment provider website to fill in the necessary details.

Shipment

The shipment of your order will be done by DHL Express or the local UAE courier company.

Within the UAE it takes 2-3 working days to deliver your order once the item is ready for shipment. Fixed charge of 25 AED will be applied on check out.

For the international deliveries it takes 5-7 working days once your item is ready for shipment. Fixed charge of 50 AED will be applied on check out.

Imposed custom duties, if any, are the responsibility of the shopper.

ViKtoria Fashion House LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery due to failure in providing correct delivery address by the shopper.

في حالة رغبتك في تقديم طلب إرجاع ، يرجى الاتصال بنا عبر صفحة “اتصل بنا” أو customercare@vfh.ae ، وسوف نقوم بالترتيب لاستلام المنتج مجانًا. بعد استلامنا للمنتج ، سوف نتحقق بسرعة من توفر المتطلبات المذكورة أعلاه ، وإذا تم استيفائها ، فسنؤكد نقل المبلغ المسترد عن طريق إرسال إيصال. سوف يستغرق الأمر ما يقرب من أسبوعين حتى يتم تحويل المبلغ المسترد إلى حسابك من يوم تأكيد الاسترداد.

المبالغ المستردة ستحول على طريقة الدفع الأصلية.

لن تتمكن شركة الشحن التي قامت بتسليم شحنتك من قبول مرتجعاتك.

لا يمكننا المضي قدما في رد المبالغ المستردة إذا:1. تم تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خارج الإطار الزمني المحدد وهو 14 يوم من يوم التسليم.2. كان المنتج مستخدم، تالف أو ليس في نفس حالته عند الاستلام.3. كان المنتج معدل خصيصا لك.4. كانت بطاقة السعر، أوالملصقات أو العبوة الأصلية غير موجودين.

الضمان


نحن نضمن أن المنتجات التي تشتريها منا خالية من العيوب ويتم تسليمها لك تماما بالمقاس الذي اخترتيه أو القياسات الموجودة. في حالة اكتشاف اختلافات، نتعهد بإصلاح، أو استبدال أو إعادة تقديم الخدمة مجانا خلال 14 يوم عمل


تتضمن فاتورة المبيعات شروط الضمان. إنها إثبات عملية الشراء وتكون مطلوبة لتقديم مطالبة الضمان الخاص بك.

الالغاء

في حال تلقينا إشعار إلغاء من طرفك ولم يتم معالجة / الموافقة على الطلب من قبلنا، فسنقوم بإلغاء الطلب ورد المبلغ بالكامل. لن نتمكن من إلغاء الطلبات التي تم بالفعل معالجتها وشحنها من قبلنا.


يرجى ملاحظة أن معظم الطلبات يتم معالجتها بسرعة ويمكن أن تبدأ عملية الشحن في غضون 24 ساعة. إذا كان طلبك قد دخل بالفعل في عملية الشحن، فلا يمكن تغييره أو إلغاؤه

من حين لآخر، يمكن أن نقوم بإلغاء الطلبات أو أجزاء من الطلب لأسباب مختلفة. نحتفظ بالحق، وفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص، في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب إذا:

• المنتج (المنتجات) غير متوفرة• صعوبة معالجة بيانات الدفع الخاصة بك• لا يمكن الشحن إلى العنوان المقدم• تم الإلغاء بناءً على طلب العميل• المنتج تالف أو معيب• بيانات الشحن المقدمة غير كاملة (العنوان / رقم الهاتف المحمول)

طرق الدفع


نحن حاليا نقبل طرق الدفع التالية:• بطاقات الائتمان:ماستركارد وفيزا وأمريكان أكسبرس• بطاقات الخصم المباشر: ماستركارد وفيزا وأمريكان أكسبرس• عند الطلب عن طريق رابط للدفع، والذي سيتم إرساله عن طريق بيانات الاتصال المقدمة

الدفع نقدا عند التسليم داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

عند اختيار طريقة الدفع عند الخروج، ستتم إعادة توجيهك إلى موقع الدفع الآمن ذو الصلة لملئ التفاصيل اللازمة.

الشحن


سيتم شحن طلبك بواسطة دي اتش ال اكسبرس

يستغرق توصيل طلبك داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة من يومين إلى ثلاثة أيام عمل بمجرد أن يصبح المنتج جاهزًا للشحن. سيتم تطبيق رسوم ثابتة بقيمة 25 درهمًا عند المغادرة.


بالنسبة لعمليات التسليم الدولية، يستغرق الأمر من5-7 أيام عمل بمجرد أن يكون المنتج الخاص بك جاهز للشحن. سيتم تطبيق رسوم ثابتة بقيمة 50 درهمًا عند الخروج.

الرسوم الجمركية المفروضة، إن وجدت، هي من مسؤولية المتسوق.
